Brent Larsen

Managing Director

Brent co-founded NSP in 2002 having previously worked for Air New Zealand in both senior sales and marketing roles in New Zealand and Europe. His last role was that of Country Manager, New Zealand responsible for marketing, sales, reservations, retail, loyalty programs and sponsorships. Prior to forming NSP Brent worked for IAS Australasia as Director of Corporate Development for several years.

Geordie Stewart

Chief information Security Officer

Geordie, a seasoned professional in information security, has led security functions for some of Europe’s largest organisations. With a master’s degree with honours in Information Security from London University and a host of technical qualifications, he stands as an expert in the field. A renowned international public speaker, Geordie’s articles on security metrics, awareness training, supply chain assurance, security monitoring, privacy, and ethics have been widely published. His background extends to serving as a trusted advisor for private equity clients, offering expert security advice in transaction due diligence for the SME market.

As NSP’s Technical Delivery Manager, Harry ensures seamless technology operations for clients. He specialises in delivering precise, efficient, and secure IT solutions, Harry’s commitment extends to functional documentation, automation, and cloud solutions. Mark Denholm

Customer Services Team Lead

The NSP Team Leader – Customer Service role is the glue that holds NSP client-facing teams together. Responsible for service desk management, customer liaison, engineering resource allocation and SLA management, Mark leads the team with a passion for customer service. Mark’s extensive technical support management experience is instrumental in NSPs 98-100% CSAT scores.
